I am part of a LEC team, working in partnership with JBA Consulting and the Rivers Trust, employed on a 3.5 year long NERC-funded project intended to determine the effectiveness of so-called Natural Flood Management (NFM). I will be developing, extending and improving the computerised models developed during the course of my PhD in order to assess the impacts of NFM interventions at various scales.
